With the monsoons and the unpredictable weather it is important for all of us to keep good health. Sharing a 10 tips to keep up the health quotient high this season!

  1. KEEP HYDRATED
    Drink plenty of water, juices etc. preferably drink warm water
  2. EAT RIGHT
    Eat a balanced diet on time. Avoid skipping meals. Add fruits and vegetables on a daily basis
  3. KEEP MOSQUITOES AWAY
    Wear long sleeve clothes, use mosquito repellents or patches
  4. GOOD SLEEP
    Ensure you get adequate sleep and rest
  5. STAY ACTIVE
    Regular exercise ensures you keep your immunity levels high
  6. REACH OUT
    If you have fever cold cough or any other symptoms consult a doctor on DocsApp.
  7. FOLLOW UP
    Ensure you follow up with your treating doctor as such symptoms can rapidly change
  8. EXTEND HELP
    If someone in your team is unwell ensure he/she consults a doctor. Reach out to your manager.
  9. SANITISE
    If you are unwell or otherwise ensure you keep sanitising your hands. Always COVER your face if coughing or sneezing
  10. FIRST AID KIT
