- KEEP HYDRATED
Drink plenty of water, juices etc. preferably drink warm water - EAT RIGHT
Eat a balanced diet on time. Avoid skipping meals. Add fruits and vegetables on a daily basis - KEEP MOSQUITOES AWAY
Wear long sleeve clothes, use mosquito repellents or patches - GOOD SLEEP
Ensure you get adequate sleep and rest - STAY ACTIVE
Regular exercise ensures you keep your immunity levels high - REACH OUT
If you have fever cold cough or any other symptoms consult a doctor on DocsApp. - FOLLOW UP
Ensure you follow up with your treating doctor as such symptoms can rapidly change - EXTEND HELP
If someone in your team is unwell ensure he/she consults a doctor. Reach out to your manager. - SANITISE
If you are unwell or otherwise ensure you keep sanitising your hands. Always COVER your face if coughing or sneezing - FIRST AID KIT
